What is Muay Thai Movement?
Muay Thai Movement is a safe, friendly environment where you will feel at home while getting an incredible workout. Here at Muay Thai Movement our key focus is guiding you in using correct techniques to develop your Muay Thai skills.
By providing you with a strong foundation you will be able to build up to more and more advanced combinations and techniques. You are going to simultaneously strengthen your body and mind.
Also known as the art of eight limbs, Muay Thai uses eight points of contact as opposed to boxing or kickboxing where you only use two or four respectively. The eight points of contact are hands, elbows, knees, and legs.
What do we offer?
At Muay Thai Movement we run a range of Muay Thai Kickboxing Programs. These are broken into two age groups: 5-11yrs for our Kids Programs, and 12+ for our main Programs. Our 12+ Programs run for 8 x five-week Rounds per year, while our Kids Programs run for 4 x Terms (10 weeks unless otherwise specified).
You can join as many Programs as you want per Round, they all run consecutively so they won’t clash!
