What is Muay Thai Movement?
Muay Thai Movement is a safe, friendly environment where you will feel at home while getting an incredible workout. Here at Muay Thai Movement our key focus is guiding you in using correct techniques to develop your Muay Thai skills.
By providing you with a strong foundation you will be able to build up to more and more advanced combinations and techniques. You are going to simultaneously strengthen your body and mind.
Also known as the art of eight limbs, Muay Thai uses eight points of contact as opposed to boxing or kickboxing where you only use two or four respectively. The eight points of contact are hands, elbows, knees, and legs.
What do we offer?
At Muay Thai Movement we run a range of Muay Thai Kickboxing Classes. These are broken into age groups: 5-12yrs for our Kids Classes, and 13+ for our main Classes. Our 13+ Classes run throughout the year, while our Kids Classes run for 4 x ten-week Terms per year.

What is involved in the classes?
You will learn correct form and technique for powerful punches, kicks, knees, and elbows through a range of combinations and drills. Our trainers explain and demonstrate each drill/combination clearly and provide continuous instruction and support throughout the session.
At Muay Thai Movement we provide a fun experience that will get you moving your body, sweating, laughing, and really switching on your brain. Through our classes you can release stress, boost confidence, lose fat, gain muscle, re-discover yourself, learn, grow, and have fun, all with a bunch of like-minded people!
