Hi, I’m Kylie 🙂
I became a personal trainer after falling in love with lifting heavy weights, after years of struggling with weight loss and being too terrified to even walk into a gym.
At 23 years old I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, and after years of juggling blood sugars and trying to lose weight, I discovered the rewards of weight training. I’ve learned that the number on the scale isn’t the be-all-end-all, and the health benefits I’ve gained from improved fitness and strength make a huge difference in my day to day life.
I wanted to share the joy I get from training with other people, especially those who, like me, were scared to take that first step. Muay Thai Movement is a welcoming, judgement-free zone, where everyone is encouraged to be the best they can be. The buzz from helping people achieve things they never thought were possible is too amazing for words.
We make every session as fun as possible, with games and combinations that get the blood pumping and keep the laughs rolling. We’d love to welcome you into our Muay Thai family, come along, be yourself, and we’ll help you reach your goals!
