The types of Classes we run are listed below, with available times in each category to make your decision a little easier!
Muay Thai Kickboxing (13+) – designed to get you in the zone with plenty of combinations and drills. In this class we focus extensively on Muay Thai, ideal for those of you who are interested in the self-defence aspect, or if you are looking at getting your workout done entirely through Muay Thai.
Pink: 9:00am – 10:00am
Aqua: 1:00pm – 2:00pm
Green: 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Purple: 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Muay Thai and Strength Combination (13+) – for those of you who like to switch things up with some strength training, this class is half gym workout, half Muay Thai, so you get the best of both worlds! You will learn Muay Thai techniques in this class, as well as work out specific muscle groups with a range of exercises, perfect for toning.
